Everything You Need to Know Before Booking With Us

What’s included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom surface cleaning, trash removal, and general tidying of all main living spaces. We follow a detailed checklist to make sure nothing is missed!

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all—many of our clients prefer to leave a key or provide access instructions. We’re fully insured and treat every home with care, whether you’re there or not.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! We arrive fully equipped with professional, eco-friendly cleaning products and all the tools needed to get the job done right. If you have special product requests, just let us know.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for deep cleans or move-in/move-out services. Last-minute? Give us a call—we’ll do our best!

Can I schedule recurring cleanings?

Absolutely! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning plans with discounted rates for regular clients. It’s the easiest way to keep your home sparkling year-round.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens—we get it! We just ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without a fee. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small charge.
